Fitness and Nutrition Online Programs

We don’t believe in fad diets, or restrictive diets. These only continue to suppress your metabolism and as a result, it becomes more and more difficult to lose weight. Our bodies are a machine that need the right kind of fuel at the right time. Together, Xavy and Heather design your diet to meet your needs, lifestyle, body, likes, dislikes, and allergies. Sooner than you realize, your machine is a fast burning engine.

 It can be pretty overwhelming walking into any gym, small or large, and look at the equipment and not know where to start. We want to take the guesswork out for you. Not only do you need a workout to challenge you, it needs to bring you closer to your goals while at the same time maintains balance in muscle symmetry and strength. There are muscles that will work in conjunction with other muscles. A good program will take all angles into consideration. Not all workouts are good for everyone. Xavy and Heather will provide you with a workout program and schedule specifically designed for you.

 All Nutrition and Workout programs are on a 4-week schedule. Changing a program too soon won’t allow your body to respond in it’s own time in progression. At the same time, the adjustments need to be just frequent enough to keep you from plateauing.

 Submissions received by Sunday will receive their new program on Wednesday. You will receive your 15 minute phone call with Xavy or Heather on Thursday. This will give you time to look it over and gather any questions you have.
